Bauhof Dorsch GmbH is a mid-size construction company based in Rostock, Germany. The company was established in 2002, and its original branding needed a significant refresh to match the current executives' vision.

Bauhof Dorsch upholds three important values: competence, transparency, and reliability. These values serve as the foundation for the mission of creating a responsible world built one conscious project & one conscious client at a time.

We created a brand identity that communicates the expertise, methodical approach, devotion to doing good work, and a warm company culture.

The underlying theme is a harmonious blend of the traditional and modern. Around 70% of projects Bauhof Dorsch takes on are in the public sector. They specialise in restoring listed, historical buildings. The rest are private clients with a unique vision for their home.

Bauhof Dorsch has two main types of target audiences: architects and potential employees. With this brand identity, we communicate the company's expertise to appeal to the first type, and a modern approach and a rewarding work culture to appeal to the second type.
